Do the following to find out how System Restore works and how it can affect a system:
1. Create a restore point.

2. Make a change to the display settings.

3. Change the desktop background.



4. Restore the system using System Restore.

Are the changes still in effect? Why or why not?


No the changes are not in effect.  The system reverted back to the restore point selected.
